I had to uninstall Gpg4win because GpgOL kept me from sending any and all
messages once installed. Send key resolves addresses, but does not move email
to Outbox. Configuration: Outlook 2003 (11.8330.8405), 1-6 POP3 email accounts
(depending on profile), even the single POP3 profile did not work.
