This needs to be done for 1.7 and we may also want to check what can be
backported to GnuPG 1.4.

Note that we need a 64 bit Libgcrypt for a 64 bit GpgOL. Thus checking that
rndw32.c works proberly on 64 bit Windows will soon be important.

With the new rndjent as used with libgcrypt 1.8 under Windows rhis can be claimed as finished.

rndunix is indeed old but alsmost all Unices now have a /dev/random.
